School Internships Abroad and Mentoring
In WP 5 School Internships Abroad and Mentoring for an Intercultural Setting are established.
This means the development, implementation and adaptation of typical formats of International School Internships (formats & helpful material). In addition a mentoring tool for teacher mentors to assure quality internships abroad (= Mentoring International) will be developed and implemented. There will be research-based monitoring of designs and implementation for Mentoring International following a DBR approach.
The overall aim is to establish a Network of School Internships Abroad inside TEAM and the EAS.
