The Steering Committee comprises of the six WP leaders, selected for their expertise in the respective activities and with a view to geographic spread as well as a balanced gender distribution.
Their responsibilities include implementing the work plan, coordinating networking and dissemination activities, evaluating research and development activities, and obtaining reports on these.
They will submit internal reports on their respective WP to the Coordinating Institution and the Steering Committee every 6 months so that WP-specific progress, use of budget according to the project description, completion of the specific objectives, and other issues can be discussed at each Steering Committee meeting.
Three of the WP-leaders (3, 4, 5) who carry out Design-Based Research are supported by a research assistant. WP leaders 6, 7, 8 are supported by a student assistant.
